Job Description Dairy Manager
Summary description of the business
- 5,000 cow milking herd in one location splite into 2 sites within 24 km of each other, as well as 3,600 milking herd we are just starting to build this also is broken into 2 sites 20 km of each other.
Milking parlour type.
- We are using Westfalia parallel parlours on all sites.
Located in Russia
- 600km south of Moscow
Language
- Russian language is not essential as an interpreter can be provided.
Operated from the UK
- The Company in owned and run by Russian Citizens, the company was formed 13 years ago by an American foundation to introduce modern techniques to Russia, the first farm was built in Moscow Region.

Salary
- A good salary will be negotiable and is dependant on age and experience with a 3 month trial period.
Job Description
- The manager will have total responsibility for the management of the herd, this entails ration management, staff management, production of milk to a high yield and keeping stable, keeping within the budget given by the Russian Farms management company.
